The Consumer Rights Act 2015 sets out a framework that consolidates in one place key consumer rights covering contracts for goods, services, digital content and the law relating to unfair terms in consumer contracts. The bot also advices on various situations where traders may be in breach of your consumer rights or potential breaches of consumer law. It outlines how to claim compensation or potential remedies. Cases are reviewed by our advisors and potential breaches by traders can be reported to respective Trading Standard bodies.
